
They seemed very useful but ended up not working for me. Maybe they just didn't fit my specific job. I used them to open a phone with glass on both sides. I also had to heat the phone to the point where it hurt to touch (to melt the adhesive holding the back in place). I thought that the high temperature might be the cause of the collapse. They attach screws to suction cups, which are then screwed into the ends of the pliers. When using pliers, the screws were pulled out of the suction cups and can no longer be inserted. This happened to two of the four suction cups that came with it. The third arrived bent backwards so doesn't suck at all and I can't bend it back to its normal position. Also, the most annoying thing is that the ends of the pliers are designed to move up and down. When force was applied, the suction cups slipped over the glass, making handling difficult.
