So this sounds like a great product, I have no problem with it. It was easy to install, love the blue glow in the car and love the extra USB ports it offers. However, I'm not sure if it delivers what it promises. I think without testing it will be difficult to measure. I love the claim to clean the air in your car and get rid of toxins, germs and viruses. I will say although I don't notice any bad smells, I haven't noticed them before either. I was interested because yes, I want to breathe clean air and kill germs and viruses. Other than that I love it but I'm only giving it 4 stars because I don't know how you know if it actually works but I will continue to use it in good faith.
