- NOT FOR; Gamers, tinnitus, voice use. I really wanted to love it. This is the most adorable headset I have ever seen. Light and sound quality is excellent. However, I bought this specifically for use at work (I work in a call center). The microphone is junk. Everyone says that I can hardly be heard (even at maximum volume) and that I sound like I'm far away and in a tunnel. I've tested this on multiple devices. This particular model is advertised as a gaming headset, meaning the sound and mic are important. I think you lost that note. There's no mic mount, so I'm assuming it's built-in. I wish they had an option for a cap to provide a better mic and give you the option to purchase a different brand of mic cap if needed. For the price they are selling it for you would expect the quality to match. For those with tinnitus, these ear pads make it much worse (foam), sticking to the fabric. Foam pads are better at isolating sound, enhancing the sound of the bell. That's good for those who want to block out outside noise, but bad for us. The fabric pads let through a little bit of external noise, enough for a masking effect to make the tinnitus less severe. In general, this headset is useless for me because I only need it for a microphone with an aesthetic claim. guess its decoration at the moment. It's a shame because I actually wanted to buy other designs. * Only take these headphones if you want normal sound or aesthetics. *
