Review on KYHSHJ Electric Double Layer Over Heat Washable by Mike Malvo

I have never had an electric blanket. I was wrong thinking they would give off the same heat as a heating pad. nope Heating pads heat up to around 140 degrees Fahrenheit. This electric blanket only heats up to 113 degrees Fahrenheit. Once I got used to it, I found that I couldn't be disappointed that this duvet couldn't quickly warm my cold feet. But then again, it never warmed my cold feet. I have found several places that are warmer than other areas. I noticed half the foot around the blanket never got warm. So I'm saying that with this blanket, the heating is uneven. I made the mistake of layering this blanket over the beige blanket that was already on my bed - I wanted to visually see the size, shape, and pattern of the wires. Ouch! How he shed when I pulled him over another blanket. And then wherever he hit the beige carpet on the floor, he fell there too. FYI: Read and follow the instructions! It will not work if you plug the cord into the outlet before you connect the duvet cords/plugs together.
