Generally works great except sometimes the edges of the case curl a bit and it's really thin compared to the original case. The original case is much stronger and will retain its shape when removed from the speaker. This silicone is still around 3-4mm thick but it doesn't hold its shape on its own, it just melts when removed. I will store the case and speaker in a protective travel case to prolong its life, but in general rest assured that it will protect your speaker from scratches and dirt. Basically I got it because the original was pretty dirty and because now all my desktop devices are all black and they match perfectly!
