It's definitely worth it! Read

I was skeptical at first as I've been looking for a bra like this for months. It was definitely worth it. I increased the size, but in my case it definitely wasn't necessary. 46D got 2xl and it fit great considering my bust is not that perky lol the cup size was a bit big but the straps are adjustable that helped. The pump holes in a bra might look weird, but they hold the pumps perfectly so they don't fall off or get lost. Will definitely be buying another one soon, most likely a 1xl size.
