It's hard to find a rashguard or swimsuit that isn't too tight, so this one may have you covered. It is loose, light, gentle and protects from the sun. What I don't like is that the shirt gets wet, it's heavy and cold. I wore it going out in the sea and it definitely protected me from the sun but I felt it getting colder and I hated how it felt in the water. It doesn't look like a bathing suit. It's like putting on a regular shirt in the water. Although it dries pretty quickly. Overall I don't regret the purchase but will most likely only wear it on the beach, not in the water.
