Excellent Tool For Effective Feedback Management

I've used this product for several years now with different teams, both in small business environments as well large enterprise organizations within financial services companies (e-commerce banks). It's been an effective way to build out feedback loop processes that are highly customized but also scalable through multiple channels of communication such as internal slack/teams or social media outlets like Twitter & Facebook etc.. The process has helped us improve our level 1 quality assurance by giving senior management visibility into what we're working towards at all levels throughout QA testing which is very valuable!

This tool helps me understand how customers feel about products from my user perspective before they even experience them first hand so it becomes easier later down stream when creating new features / apps where you can get better insight prior development cycles than traditional market research surveys could provide..this makes getting buyin across other departments much more simple since
