There is a seal at the end of the metal part to stop any movement and there is a plastic seal inside the reel to ensure smooth and silent rotation! Beautiful packaging! I would say that this set is premium! The scooter glides so beautifully on the skin! Even if it has been chilled, it still has a cooling and soothing effect on your face! Highly recommended! 5 Stars!
