I bought this for two purposes. First, keep the remote at the head of the bed - we always lose it when we watch TV in bed. I cut a small strip from the first roll and then cut a matching piece from the second roll. I cleaned both the headboard and remote control with alcohol. Attach the first piece to the headboard and the second piece to the remote control. The remote isn't flat, it's contoured, so I wasn't sure it would work. And so it was. I immediately tried to test it and the glue came off the headboard. But I put it back on and let it sit for a couple of hours. Now he's great. I want it to be in one roll stapled together instead of two separate rolls. Then it would be easier to cut out the relevant parts.
