Chair looks like the picture. Seat and armrests - silver gray fabric, waffle pattern. There are silver gray and black stripes on the back, with the black being almost transparent, allowing air to pass through. Insanely easy to set up - wasn't a problem at all. I like that I can raise my hands to push the seat all the way in. The only downside is that the seat cushion is quite thin. I work on my computer at least 8 hours a day and this is not the place for it. I had a really big chair with a 6 inch cushion which was great for my back but this chair was too big for my space. I just ordered a pillow and I hope this solves this problem for me.
