Using this product, our team found that the vibrations were too weak to really work out any knots in our neck and shoulders. The single speed didn't vary enough to make much of a difference and the unit was just too bulky and difficult to use. The only pro is that it's quiet and doesn't disrupt the peace in the house. Save your money and look for something else in the Health and Household category..
