Pros: - My ear no longer touches the plastic of the headphones - Headphones look clean - Comes with tools Cons: - Poor quality control. One earcup has a bulge that sticks up, meaning the memory foam underneath is uneven. Noise cancellation dropped drastically. The only reason I don't get excited anymore is because I have XM4s that I use when I'm awake. These earcups are much narrower than the OEM earcups so my ear always rubs on the earcups. Conclusion: not worth it. . Maybe at $10-15 they are worth it if you want to give the earbuds to a friend/family because obviously not replacing the ear pads would be terrible.
