I was hesitant to buy due to general bad reviews but with free shipping and returns with Prime I took a chance. It's perfect for our needs. I was looking for something snuggly and soft for my boy to wear around the home and for quick walks outside in cold weather when he doesn't have to raise his legs due to mobility issues. I was really surprised that the neck fit him as he has a big bust and a huge chest (usually we always have trouble getting things to fit his massive head). The hood doesn't look like the photo on him but it stretches and can cover his ears but we only use it to keep his neck warm. The sizing is a little interesting as it's only 65lbs and the largest size is 3XL (I also bought a 2XL but it's being returned. For other items it's usually medium/large). There are no issues with wear or quality as noted by other reviews. I'm pleasantly surprised and may even get a different color!
