The packaging is nice but they turned it upside down so make sure you give. The pendant is beautiful, small and feminine. Perfect and I love it. The chain was nice and dainty and fit well BUT too fragile even for casual wear. On the 3rd day of wearing it, it literally fell apart in my hands. I didn't pull or grab it. I only took it to dress. So actually I think I didn't even have time to wear it for 3 days. I didn't send it back because I love the pendant and the company will probably just send me the same useless chain again. To be fair, I read the negative review about the broken chain after only a week, but decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt. I will no longer order from WRISTCHIE. Very disappointed.
