I ordered 2 of these lights after reading many positive reviews and was not disappointed. The lights were easy to mount under the railing of my stairs. I cleaned the surface with alcohol and the self-adhesive foam backing sticks very well. The lights are decently bright, not super bright but great for the purpose. The remote control has multiple preset colors as well as pure red/green/blue and white. White is more like cool white. The remote also has some mode settings that you can control. Music, fade out, etc. can be done through the remote control. Some of the preset colors just don't look right. Orange has visible green, yellow also. Although some other colors look ok. However, if you use a color management phone app, you can customize it much better. Each group of lights in the app has its own Bluetooth device name, so you can change the settings for each thread. The remote control changes the settings for both threads at the same time. So if you want to have multiple threads in the same space, it's probably best to use the app. Overall I'm very happy with it.
