Nothing tactical about this piece. It arrived a little large and I ordered a small one. but I'm leaving it out because it seems to apply to any of these styles of polo (even from Condor). I don't use pen slots. I just roll up my sleeves. They're pretty warm. I wear them with long sleeve jogging shirts underneath, which is fine for the cooler New Hampshire weather. Definitely does not protect against cats. I already have a scrub. Definitely Made in China, but I don't care. It works.
