This is a really well made product and the fabric holds everything in place really well. I looked at the reviews and went for medium because it said to stay your normal size BUT GIRL. If 70% of your weight is in your bottom half; Do yourself a favor and increase the size. I'm 5ft 6in, 150lbs and had to jump and jump and squat to get in my pants. The top is comfortable, but I swear the back seam is about to rip. As I was zipping up, it seemed to me that the zip might break before hitting my thigh. I'll try to swap it out for a big one and keep my fingers crossed that the top half isn't too big and falling off my shoulders.
