I'm 10 months old and ordered size 4 according to the size chart. The size chart shows baby 4 at 4.5 inches (this gave him the opportunity to grow up to them). They were too big when I received them so I measured them and they are over 5 inches. I measured the inside of the sole seams. I will keep her because he will grow into her. The quality is excellent and they are very cute. However, I need to order a pair for him to wear now and am not sure what size to order. I don't know if the pair I received was the wrong size and it's really a size 6, or if it's too big and the size chart is wrong.
