Update: They have replaced the monitor with a very well working model after months of delay. I would still prefer an ASUS monitor but the product actually works as advertised. The reason for the 3 star upgrade from the original 1 is the time it takes to fix the problem. Original: Although the case works well, the company does not endorse its product. They haven't communicated with their customers for several months. Many of us have received screens that separate from the base. The workmanship is very poor and there was little or no quality control. Many of us bought them at the end of 2019 and waited over a year for delivery. Upon delivery, we received defective products and promise to replace. In November 2020 they indicated that I would receive a replacement. Now, 3 months later, they are silent.
