This is a really great chair with good padding and support. In previous reviews the assembly was the problem and after reading them I was ready for the assembly nightmare. That's not (or no longer) true! The chair came with some of the best instructions I've seen. The photos were better than anything you could get at IKEA and included a link to a video I didn't even watch. The two necessary tools were provided (a hex wrench and a magnetized Phillips screwdriver) and all the holes in the two pads were punched out. I suspect the seller made changes based on the feedback as the unit I received had clear instructions and took about 1 hour to assemble. A few Tipps. When attaching the side brackets to the cushions, use the supplied hex key (it goes through the female socket) to align them, then hold everything in place and insert the screw. The polyurethane material is a little hard to penetrate, so you can "drown" the hole a little (it will be hidden behind the clamps). I installed the L side bracket on the top pillow first and it has just enough resistance to help you line up the right adjustment bracket and align everything. Also, my device had both a neck pillow and a lumbar pillow. I am very happy with this purchase.
