We received it and were a bit surprised at how light it was. Thought it would be a little harder. Love the number of key hooks, the holder is great and handy for extra stuff, mail, sunglasses, cards etc. The shelf isn't really used, it's not wide enough, a tiny ledge could be used for storage. The wood is quite rough and looks rustic, which doesn't bother me, especially next to the door. Hanging is easy, instructions are really good if you need them. We've been using it for a few weeks now and it's stuck with all of us, the more we use it the more we like it. Looks good, just wish it was a little heavier. It was hard to find one in the size we wanted with all the benefits of this size. We all use it and we really like it, it does its job well!
