I get a lot of compliments on these shelves! I have several in my cube. They allow me to have some personal stuff in my cube while still having enough space for work on my desktop. The hooks on the back are a good way to mount it to the wall, but you'll need to anchor it straight the first time. They are attached to the back with double-sided tape and have two metal pins that push into the fabric of the wall. As a perfectionist, I have found that repeated attempts to attach it can easily bend the hooks and make it difficult to mount on the wall. However, it is a beautiful design. They cannot be loaded, otherwise they will start to sag. I have a photo frame on one and two other light objects and everything is fine. A heavy stapler will make it sag. I have two other similar shelves for the corner of a cube that can support more weight, but that's probably because they're supported by two walls.
