It seems to have eliminated the misfires, the engine runs rough.

An accidental misfire diagnosis has occurred on a 2000 Toyota Sienna 1MZ-FE engine with 190,000 miles. The engine ran rough and idled poorly. All 3 original Toyota coils have been replaced with these. .
