Annoying, for several reasons

Thing is too hard (although you can supposedly remove some of the filling). In addition, the additional strap is too short for most deck chairs. It would be easy to make a longer, adjustable, accessory strap. The most annoying thing is the various company logos. Are we to believe that this company has a line of golf games dating back to 1567? And who cares? What does this have to do with neck support? Finally, the attached band is flipped relative to the logo and the additional band is flipped relative to it. As if there were no quality control. arrrgh!
