Good fit for a burly 9 year old!
Stepdaughter is short but stocky, size 10 and these fit her perfectly. She needed shorts for school (no more uniforms!), long enough to fit the dress code but comfortable enough for a vacation to Florida in August. For reference, in Walmart clothing, she's a 10 in pants, but not in a skinny fit.
