When they arrived the sound quality was great. Now, after a few weeks of use, the headphones are cracking and cracking. The battery is good, lasts a long time, charges quickly. I get about 8-10 hours of continuous playback with one earbud and about 5 charges with just one earbud. Only the right side can be used separately, the left side connects to the right side. The left one doesn't connect to the phone unless you unplug the right one, but plugging the right one back in turns the left one off. The touch controls on the earbuds are large and easy to accidentally put on. The call quality is good, it is better to use both headphones. No problem picking up what I say, but also background noise. There is no volume control via touch controls. Overall not a bad pair of headphones apart from the drop in sound quality but for the price there are other headphones with better specs. Wouldn't buy Rowkin again. Update: After 28 days of purchase, the right earbud randomly stops playing all sounds and sometimes turns off when fully charged. return for refund.
