[Update] The seller contacted me some time after I posted this review and sent me replacement ear tips free of charge. The replacement heads appear to be of good quality, the bristles have not yet been lost. Kudos for excellent customer service! I'm updating my rating. [Original Review] However, this package is very advantageous. The brush heads are of very poor quality. My bristles fall out every time I brush my teeth and I have to take them out of my mouth. I've never had this problem with Sonicare brand brush heads, only with very cheap third party brush heads (and even they didn't shed their bristles that much). Are these tips really from Philips? I see that most other people have had good experiences with this product, I don't know why I received such an inferior product.
