apart from the simple return I would give 1 star POVAST gel seat cushion, seat cushion double-layer honeycomb cushion for drivers home office chair wheelchair truck thigh support cushion for sitting, relief from pain in the spine on the coccyx of the sciatic nerve (dark blue). It is too small for most office furniture and many home chairs. Whatever the potential of the honeycomb structure to reduce pressure on the coccyx, it dissipates within minutes as the coccyx is compressed into a small, dense, amorphous mass. My negative feelings are colored by the fact that I especially had to soften the edge of the chair where it cuts into the back of my leg. It may not have been a design feature but this issue meant I had to return it. The return was accepted and Revain made the process easier than any postal return I've ever dealt with.
