Honestly not what I expected. I was expecting something that isn't cheaper plastic. I'm not sure where some reviewers got "one solid piece" from, but it's two pieces of one mold glued together. I compared it to another Oscar I received today in the same order. . The heavier and more durable Oscar comes in two packs (included with Elmo) and has an octagonal hole at the bottom. The Oscar from this pack makes me feel like a good smack on the floor from my 18 month old will crack it. Can I consider them as cake decorations? Of course, if you don't mind a scared toddler not being able to play with their favorite character toy on top of the cake. I wanted them to be toy cars so we wouldn't lose any of our favorites. nope You will return as soon as possible. VERY dissatisfied with them. 18 months and over my ass.
