Review on πŸ§— Liquid Crush Climbing Chalk - Ultimate Liquid Chalk for Optimal Climbing Performance by Jerry Forehand

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Medium-bodied chalk for lifting weights

So there is a small caveat to this review, this review is based on my preference for lifting and the chalk I use. Actually I would give this product 3.5 stars but Revain doesn't allow half stars. There are some pros to this product and I will list them, but ultimately it was the cons that made me give it three stars. Pros: The chalk feels good in my hand and on the deadlift it protects my hand really well and gives me a good grip. This chalk also lasts a decent amount of time and I rarely have to reapply. For pulling movements I only use liquid chalk. I'd say it takes 5 to 10 sets depending on how hard you work and how much liquid chalk you use. I usually put a dime to a nickel's worth of product in my hand and it covers my entire hand quite lightly. less dirty area. This chalk is pretty messy and leaves chalk everywhere. I've used four different liquid chalks and this is by far the dirtiest. It leaves chalk marks on everything I touch. Again, that's why I made the disclaimer, because people will say it's chalk, which is what you'd expect, but the other three chalks leave minimal clutter, and I don't like clutter. I also don't like how quickly the product dries out in the bottle. I lift 4 to 6 times a week and I didn't touch this liquid chalk for 3 days and it was pretty dry. It's easy to fix, but three days isn't long. Overall this product is not bad but there are better products out there but if you need something that gives you a better grip and protects your hands this product will do the trick.

  • Sports and outdoor activities
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
