When I first saw these large stainless steel spoons, I thought about it and remembered how much I enjoyed using this soup spoon when I was in Asia. restaurants, but they're always ceramic and impractical for anything other than home. The sturdy yet lightweight stainless steel construction and economical 12 pack means I can keep a few at home and also include 1 or 2 in all my hiking and camping dinner sets as they are so great for soups and other meals , which are usually cooked in the camp . basically anything you eat with a spoon! The flat bottom makes it easy to put down a spoon and prevents spills, for example when you want to taste the flavor development while cooking, but it is too hot or you have eaten something. served too hot, just fill the spoon, set it down and let it cool down, then taste and enjoy! The only gripe is the short handle, which makes it difficult to use with deep containers, but that's not the case with the longer handle. work like it does, so oh well!
