Good soft brush on brushes

The bristles on this brush are fine and soft. It's gentle enough to peel berries or even mushrooms, although I wouldn't handle mushrooms with it anyway. On the other hand, it's too soft to peel root vegetables like potatoes or carrots, so you'll need something harder for that. Only time will tell how well it holds up to everyday use, although it appears to be well made. The bristles are tight so I don't expect it to fall apart.
