My car's top cover won't open when I press the open button
I am not satisfied with the fact that only the bottom cover opens when opened. I like Cricut but they sent me a broken machine, I'm worried it won't open both covers. UPDATE: I WANT TO RETURN THIS MACHINE BUT MY POLICY DISAPPEARED YESTERDAY. I WILL CONTACT AMAZON. THEY WILL CHARGE $10 FOR USE OF THE MACHINE WHICH IS COMPLETELY ABSURB. CRICUT HAS UPDATED ITS POLICIES AND AS A POINT, YOU MUST PAY A SUBSCRIPTION TO USE THE DEVICE MORE THAN 20 TIMES A MONTH. I WILL GET RID OF THIS CAR AND GET A CAMEO. FOR A COMPANY THAT SUPPORTS "FREE CREATIVITYβ THIS IS A VERY WRONG ACTION.
