I've been looking for a strong and durable lunch bag for a long time and I have to say I'm impressed with this product. The quality exceeds my expectations. Everything about this product meets my expectations and more: the waxed canvas material is very durable, the handle and the middle strap are made of high-quality genuine leather, even the zipper puller and the side straps for the shoulder strap are made of genuine leather. All of this gives me the feeling of a quality product that will last a lifetime if used properly. By the way, I contacted the company because I had stains on my bag after accidentally getting the bag wet and they sent me a simple 3 step guide. Likewise. I checked the insulation and it works as expected. Thanks to the thick aluminum foil, my lunch stays cold for at least 3-4 hours. All in all, this is one of the highest quality lunch bags I've ever used and it makes me happy every time I use it. Not to mention the waxed canvas material which gives me an elegant and casual vintage feel as well as...something special :).
