I've worn them 6 times, no more than an hour each time. I didn't walk around the house with it. A few times I lay on the couch without moving. Other days I wore them in the kitchen. We're talking about a marathon, just a few steps. You can see the holes have been rubbed through the gel. Just as good, but disposable because they don't last long enough to be washable.
