I bought these towels to use as bath towels after years of frustration with 'traditional' terry towels which never fully dry out between uses and get musty very quickly. I ended up finding them to be too big for a bath towel but I took them with me when my family went to the beach this summer and they are the perfect beach towel! Due to their size, they are almost like a beach blanket and they dry incredibly quickly, which is fantastic when you are with children on the beach, in the water and on land. I found that they dry within 30 minutes when stretched in full sun and at the end of the day I hung them on a string and they were completely dry and ready to go back to the beach the next morning. As a bonus, I had two clean towels in my carry-on on my return flight and found that they can make the perfect duvet/lightweight blanket during the flight! The quality is excellent - very soft cotton, which has become even more fluffy after a few washes (be sure to follow the care instructions)! This is a great find!
