I baked a few thousand pastas and if I put them in a different bag I would definitely get carpal tunnel. I have used Kopykake, Wilton and Ateco bags before but these bags outperform them. I can't say enough good things about these bags! Tenacity works and reduces hand fatigue. That gets my highest recommendation. Try it once and you will never go back to regular bags. Excellent value for money and quality. This is especially handy for baking pasta as the dough can be quite heavy and you need good support and control. No slipping and no constant readjustment. I LOVE these bags. They have endured a lot and held up very well. Buy them as soon as possible!
