Wow. This is the FIRST garment I have ever made. It is not only convenient but also easy. I cut an unflattering rayon/spandex dress and cut a pattern out of this material. It's so comfortable I can easily wear it like pajamas. My teenager had to try it on too. Now she asked for one of her own. :-) For a plus size woman with a size 4 and 12, this is the most beautiful perfect fitting dress I have ever worn. I modified the pattern slightly to create a wider neck opening, crop the bodice, use the original hem of the donor dress, and narrow the opening under the buttocks. It's easy to change and just great to wear. Excellent. Light. Perfect for an hourglass figure!
