Review on 🌈 OLS HRGB2 Home Accent LED Strips with 1 Ft Extension, Multi-Color by PPA by Bethany Patel

I wanted something to hang on the floating wall between the kitchen and the great room. The wall is about 8 feet high and the distance between it and the ceiling is three or four feet. I bought the base unit and this expansion kit to get four strips. The IR receiver was annoying as it didn't completely hide these bands. but at least I found a relatively inconspicuous place for it. Color is good, with good variety, and the vibrant options that cycle through all shades are decent. But it's not as bright as I was hoping. I wanted something that would reflect nicely off the white ceiling above to give me some light in the large room when night falls and I didn't want the full lights on. And it lights up the room well enough for me to move around in the dark with the lights off, but I wanted a little more light than I got. And that's with the expansion kit giving me four strips instead of just the two that come in the main pack. a great way to set the mood or in my case extra night lighting. The red option works great as it is much easier on the eyes at night. If placed under cabinets or anything where there isn't much space between them and the opposite surface, they would look a lot brighter so those uses would be excellent. However, you will not get such brightness in a slightly more spacious room. My kit was perfect for connections between wires and bars, I had no play at all so adding them to the originals was easy. and sure.
