To be honest these controllers are quite expensive. At first they're great and amazing, and then after a few weeks or a few months of careful maintenance, the controller just starts to respond, either due to a malfunction or drift issues. Although the customer service is great, I had an issue with a controller and they helped me with the issue as best they could. However, the solutions to the problem didn't fix anything. I give them credit for doing their best. Overall, I like the features of this product, especially the turbo features. However, it just doesn't work like a normal controller, it breaks and your money is wasted. You can buy this controller cheaper on their websites, but again this controller is a temporary fix. I will try another "newer" product design from this company because again it has amazing features so I'm giving it 2 stars but if this next product fails me like the others. I have to move on to the best controllers on the market.
