This is a well made item but it didn't really help my 2 sore shoulders. If you have 2 sore shoulders, it will be almost impossible to put on and take off this item without severe pain. Perhaps if you have someone to help you get dressed or you just have a sore shoulder, this article can be effective. However, with two sore shoulders I found it impossible to put on and therefore totally useless. Again, this is a well done article and I won't say it's rubbish, it just didn't help me in any way. I was able to return this product with no problems.
