Scratched and blistering

EDIT: On closer inspection the peeling plastic was an overlay on the back and inside the case. I had never seen a phone case with this case and there was no indication in the box that there was a screen protector and it was quite difficult to remove. After removing it, the case is fine. The case fits the phone well and the MagSafe magnet seems to work well, but the case doesn't look good cosmetically and had scratches and blisters on the plastic or where the plastic is falling off on the back.
