Review on πŸ“· FeiyuTech Vimble 2A-Official 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer: Telescoping Handheld for GoPro Hero 8/7/6/5 Action Sport Camera with WiFi Connect Control by Richard Cunningham

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works very, very, very well. How surprisingly good.

This thing's stabilizing capabilities are amazing. I paired this with a $70 Akaso action camera and a $16 chest mount and then went mountain biking with it. You can see my handlebars bouncing all over the place, but the track stays nice and stable despite the roots, rocks and jumps I made. But, you know what? If an image is worth 1000 words, then a video is worth 30 FPS X 1000 words = 30,000 words per second. I can't link directly to the video in this review, but if you click on my profile there will be a small gray play button under my name which will take you to my YouTube channel where you can see this camera in action. Alternatively, search "MTB Greek Peak Thanatos" on YouTube. The only downside I have in this regard is that it often wants to point the camera the wrong way and even if you turn it the right way it tends to spin. about halfway. I took a lot of (very stable!) videos of my crotch that day. Eventually I stopped fighting it, just set up a camera facing the opposite direction and ended up making a great video of my trip.
