Review on Norpro 411 Silicone Expandable Trivet by Eric Power

I bought 2 of these coasters because they looked neat but wanted to test them out before buying more. I WILL buy more. The design is GREAT, takes up almost no storage space, works great, can put 2 side by side for a nice sturdy 9x13 or larger. Very versatile and durable. Update 08/13/2016: I bought 2 of them in January 2016 because I was fascinated by the design. After using it daily for 8 months I would give this product MORE stars if I could! I finally bought 2 more for my family because 2 just isn't enough and I'm thinking about 2 more! I wish they were different colors because while it was the perfect color for ME, red won't "walk" in all kitchens/dining rooms (but heck, they're usually completely covered with the bowl anyway, so not great ). deal with). In addition to 2 more for myself, I also bought 2 for each of my 3 grown children for storage this year. They all commented on how wonderful the visits were. After visiting here a few months ago, my sister in law insisted on linking it, she loved it so much. We visited her next month and she has already used them and loved it. (Like me, she is a lover of kitchen appliances). The only improvement I can think of is to offer more colors but that won't stop me from buying again (they don't match my kids' kitchens)! I've attached a few images to show them in (dummy) usage and where we store them. I didn't even have to "make room" for them!
