I use this mask every morning. Apply face serum after shower, then put on a mask when I get dressed, pack my lunch, etc. The mask helps my serum work better and the soft cloth absorbs the excess. I've been using this mask for several months and it's still like new. To clean, I spray with rose water and wipe with makeup remover. Honestly one of the best buys for my skin. If you have a headache, just flip it over and use the clay side - freeze that headache right away and it's better than a bag of frozen peas, ha! The velcro gets tangled in my hair when braided, but it's worth dealing with and doesn't distract from the mask at all.
