Does not cover well in normal light in the sense of being opaque. Some colors are barely visible on the skin under normal lighting. So my job was to apply a white base makeup spray to my skin. A primer will also help the adhesion of this UV ink. When I apply it to my bare skin it feels like a powder once it dries. So everything works surprisingly well with the primer, but I had my doubts at first. The texture of the paint is basically similar to tempera, it is easy to apply and preserves beautiful details. The glow effects under UV/black light are very intense. Purple and blue aren't as bright, but other colors are.
