THE NATURE This is my third DVR model to get from Revain. I want to have a good DVR in my car. I really want this to be all the advertising says. NO!. GOOD - Camera feels like a solid product in hand - Packaging and printed material VERY GOOD - Magnetic latch is surprisingly strong BAD - Software has BAD performance and flawed design. The seams are like work in progress - The camera image is NOT better than any other cheap Chinese product - The camera display shows a rainbow over the image. The seams are like a piece of shit. - The suction cup lost suction power 2 months after installing it on my card. SAD - Ever since the suction cup stopped working, the camera on my car's center console was sitting NOTHING. - Just to really hurt it, I also bought a reverse unit to cover the cab and a wiring kit that can't be installed. FINAL WORDS SI cannot hold AMAZON responsible for a well advertised product that does not meet our expectations but this should be brought to their attention. Having passed the product return window, I will keep the SD card and discard the rest. Finding a good DVR for your card is getting harder and harder every time due to the avalanche of crappy Chinese products. Try to stick to American or Japanese products.
