Alright. I'm a YouTuber and I really wanted to improve the video quality of my videos. I currently use an old 2007 720p webcam for all my filming and the image quality is pretty terrible. So it wasn't difficult to get a camera that should work at 1080p with all the good reviews at such a low price. WELL!. Turns out, despite what the displays and the camera itself say, the camera is NOT 1080p. It's VERY grainy and awfully 720p. To be honest I get the best shots from my old webcam and cell phone. I spent a whole day fiddling with the settings on the camera itself, then I checked 3 different computer software packages (including the AMCap software the seller offers) and they all state very clearly that this camera is ONLY 720p CAPABLE , not 1080p. Then I contact the seller. They asked for proof of this so I took a photo of the camera saying it works in 1080p and then the software says it can only work in 720p. The Windows Camera app easily detects the camera but can't even guess its quality, so it automatically sets it to the lowest possible quality. The seller then came back to me and offered me a 30% refund of the sale price. No replacement for a camera that actually does 1080p, no full refund, and not even an apology for this stuff being falsely advertised as 1080p when it clearly isn't. do yourself a favor DO NOT buy this camera. DO NOT buy from this seller or anything from the HAOHUNT brand if like me you hate spending money you barely have on products that don't work.
