About what I expected. You no longer have to tangle the fishing line and untie the knots. The sound quality is good enough. The line is a bit harsh and I think it might bother some but it doesn't bother me. The microphone has not yet been tested, but the situation looks suspicious since the microphone is located under and behind the right ear. Consider my review a review of the headphones' capabilities alone. Anyhow, the main reason I didn't give the product 5 stars is because the included ear tips suck. Very bad. Eliminating background noise is very important to enjoy the quality of your headphones and I just couldn't do it with these earbuds because none of them fit my right ear.
